Passion for English

I came to Vancouver last August eighteen (or you can say,"on the eighteenth of August")for hoping to improve my English skills.
at the just arrived in vancouver That time, I have had a lot of passion for English, but now, my passin more and more weaker than first that passion is becoming weaker.
everyday i met a I go through lots of pemptaion temptation every day, such as drinking liquor, sleeping, meeting with korean friends etc.

Anyway, coming going to Vancouver is a very difficult rare (or do you mean once-in-a-lifetime?) chance (or opportunity?) in life, so from starting tomorrow, i restart I'll study hard again.
