Is Kaizen a lie or a life style ?

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that it’s used for industry. The Hhuman brain resists to big changes. That’s why, we should makedo improvements by with small steps. For Eexample, Iif you want to lose [fiil = lose; ad = loss] weight, you shouldn’t do a hardcore diet. Decrease one spoon from every meal in a day. Belki: Reduce each meal by a spoonful. After a month, you’ll see, your meal’ll have decreased by 30 spoonfuls.
Continuously improving is the key to of the efficient production.

What do I think ?
I (have) read a few books about it. At the first time, I was impressed. Especially by the Japanese Automotive Industry’s improvement after the second world war.
But then I noticed something. You can’t control the improvement. Because Improvement is improvement. If you see an opportunity, you work on it. You don’t look at whether it is big or small or and it doesn’t matter if it’s takesn a short or long time.
