Calandrino and the eletropia by Giovanni Bocaccio. The part one Today I want to write about a short novel of Giovanni Bocaccio. This story is named "Calandrino and the eletropia". This story is concluded in the gretatest book of Bocaccio "Decameron". It' a small, but very funny story. Also we can notice a character of this story is quiet different from characters of funny stories of out days. In this story there isn't a moral line or moralizing conclusion. A simple man Had beem in troubles, but also he payed fot it. In Florence there was a painter who called Calandario. He was said to be a silly man. One day a merchantman had wanted to play a practical joke on him. We had known where Calandario worked and the merchantman came there with his friends. They approched to Calandario and started to talk. The merchant told his friends about a wounderfull land, where vines were tied up by sausages and a goose was sold for peanuts. IN this land there was a mountain which wad made of a grated cheese. On the mountain there were people who boiled pasta all long and rolled it down. Anyone could pick it up and eat. There was a river which was filled of rose vine. In this land people had a lot of diamonds, and the deamounds didn't be cost at all. But people of this land valued a different sort of stone. And the stones there are in plenty in a city which was located close Florence. Calandrino standed speachless and mnontioness. He had seen that these people were talking, not hiding, and came to them. All of these had a colour approximetly black. The merchantman was glad and added that these cobbles weren't very values as compared with cobbles which could make invisible. Calandario was amazed and asked where the cobbles there were. The cunning merchant told him that they there were in citty A. Calandrino decided to go there today, but he wanted to invite two his friends. His friends were very cunning. They were frinds with Calandrino, but always joked and played a trick on him. He came to them and told them all. They understood all instantly, but wanted to have a fun. They told him it would be batter to go on Sunday, because now the sun was shining and the majority of cobbles had different colours. Also ther were many peole in strets and they could undestandt this secret.
