A pastry recipe

This morming I cooked or baked some pastry : some "madeleine"
I preheated my oven at 220°C
I mixed 100 grams of sugar with three eggs in the mixer, until the mixture was frothy. Then i added fifty grams of melted butter, 2 grams of salt,110grams of flavour and the zest of half a lemon and one spoon of baking powder.
Then I put my preparation/ mixture into small molds, then in my oven for 4 minutes at 220°C then seven minutes at 200°C. I took out my molds, unmolded my madeleines and I tasted one, an hour after. They were very delicious ! :)
