*massage is when someone uses their hands to apply [put] pressure on your body to ease muscle aches and pains, and to restore a sense of physical wellbeing !

* these words are often variable in English :   you can say 'talk to someone' or 'talk with someone', and "talk with you in 'chat'" or "talk to you by 'chat'" where 'chat' is an application or procedure.

Chat means 'casual talk' in English, but the word has been used to refer to this sort of text exchange.
