Learning English

I have this huge desire to really know how to write and speak English fluently. I know basic English but whenever I speak or write something in English, I have difficulty in expressing my ideas. Is there someone who has the same problem like I do? How are you dealing with it?

This is well written, but you have too many words in some places (I've crossed them out) :) Also remember that proper nouns such as country names and languages need capital letters.

I have this same problem with Japanese; I find it easy to understand the language, but speaking or writing in Japanese is very difficult. As Mark said, it just takes practice, the more the better.
