Os I's são sempre maiúsculos no inglês.
Such as = tais como/tal como
O "to" é usado para separar dois verbos, e.g: I want (to) drink water. Seria errado dizer : I want drink water.
Pode-se usar a forma ING em verbos que vêm acompanhados de like/love, e.g: I love hanging out with my girlfriend > Eu amo sair com a minha namorada. I like fishing with my son > eu gosto de pescar com o meu filho. Às vezes, a frase fica até mais natural com a forma ING.
