You can say sono di Milano, but you cannot say sono di Italia. You can write sono inglese=I am English (woman) or I live in England=vivo in Inghilterra), ma abito a Manchester. Mio padre è Inglese e mia madre è Inglese. Parlo inglese ma sto iniziando a studiare l'italiano.

I'll correct only one sentence.

Sono di Inghilterra, ma abito a Manchester.

Sono inglese e {vivo,abito} a Manchester.

Usually we say /vivo/ if you do your life (job,friends,etc.) where you live.

It is not clear to me your choice of /ma/ in this context.

Would you say:

a) I am English but (ma) I live in Manchester.

or

b) I am English and (e) I live in Manchester.

?

See this other example:

Vivo a Roma, ma abito a Tivoli.

(Tivoli is where you have the house, but work, studies, friends etc. are in Rome.)

By the way, Tivoli is (obviously) quite near Rome.
