One of our vendors who wants to change the way we cooperated called me asking for additional agreement template. Because I did not have not such documents so I ask my colleagues in Law and Compliance Dept. for help. She sent me a used version. Unfortunately, I found that it did not apply to our situation at that moment. Maybe I needed to ask the vendor to provide it instead. Frankly speaking, I think it’s their job to provide better service to customer. If they continue to do that, I need to talk to my boss to consider changing vendors. Hope everything goes well today.

Basically, you're doing a good job. Just the past tense, and adding "s" after verbs. The verb consider goes with verb-ing.
