When I had to answer this question for the first time, I’ve gotten stuck and couldn’t come up with anything. Now is the time I want to think of it and figure it out.
On the start of / at the beginning of my speech, to begin my speech, I have to say that I‘m just an ordinary girl without any special skills or extraordinariness. If somebody look at my life, he/she won’t see anything special there. I don’t have any huge achievements, any great discoveries. In my youth early thirties, I don’t have my own family, I don’t have kids and my career isn’t promising. But my life is amazing!
When I think about one thing that I can be proud of, I think about my outlook on life. The most impressive thing I have – is that I don’t regret about anything I’ve done.
I’m not a perfect person, of course, I’ve been always made lots of mistakes, but I don’t regret about none any of them.
If you ask me, whether I’d want like to start learning English earlier if I had a chance, I’d say – Yes. If you ask me, whether I’dwant like to start traveling and discovering the world earlier, I’d say – Yes. Whether I wanted to be braver at school? Certainly, I did. If I had a chance I’d have probably chosen another major. That one I’d like, not that that was cheaper or my parents have chosen for me. And I’d have probably started my own business instead of working for someone for more than 10 years. I’d have done a lot of things differently, if I had had a possibility.
But if you ask me whether I’d change my life if I could, I’d say – No. I’d say, I don’t regret about anything in my life. I don’t regret that I got married the wrong guy and divorced. I don’t regret that I believed those people who betrayed me. And I definitely don’t regret about all those stupid things I’ve done and continue doing.
That’s my life. And I like the way what a person I am now. This person I could only become, because of all my mistakes and all my experiences.
Some suggestiongs for improvement.
