저는 한국을 보고_싶어요

(저는 한국에 가 보고 싶어요 or 저는 한국에 가고 싶어요 would be better, I think)

저는 한국어를 공부하고 싶어요!

저 is humble and therefore more polite. 나 is mostly used with 반말, though it is used with the 요 form too.

공부하다 (to study) is usually better and used in place of 배우다 (to learn) when you're talking about learning a language. For example, 저는 한국어를 공부하고 있어요.
