I will correct this from a British English perspective
Confusion
I have had butterflies in my stomach recently. One month ago, one of my friends called me from Japan saying that she wanted to go into corporate with me to do business with me. She has sold swimsuits for years in Japan market. Now She was planning to expand to the European and American markets. I was selected onto her potential partners list for my acceptable English skills, as she can only speak very little English, obviously a far cry from enough. I feel like I am in a dilemma. On one side, it's better to do something than nothing, moreover, it may make money for me money; on the other side, I am a totally a rookie in this field, as I don't know very much about sales, such as profit distribution, which is the biggest headache for to me. Though I don't have to do sales alone, but I guess my friend and I have to talk about the profit distribution before our cooperation partnership, and I am a little worried that the money might/will/could would hurt our friendship if it could were not be well dealt with. Moreover, the shop will be registered online by in the name of my friend's company, so I cannot rule out the possibility that she would dump me after the shop is launched. Another friend of mine suggested that I me to charge a fees for launching this shop, which I think is a very good idea. It's just like there are a millions of things on my mind. Oh, I wish I were "Monk Yixiu", a character in a Japanese cartoon, who is very good at thinking about difficult things.

She has sold swimsuits for years in the Japanese market. Now she was planning to expand into the European and American market. I was selected as a potential partner because of my English skills; because she can only speak very little English, obviously a far cry from enough. I feel like I am in a dilemma. On the one hand, It's better to do something than nothing, but on the other hand, it may cost me money. Also, I am totally a rookie in this field because I know very little about sales. Things like profit distribution, which is the biggest headache to me, I know very little about. Although I don't have to do sales alone, I think my friend and I have should talk about the profit distribution before going into business together. In addition, I am a little worried that the money could hurt our friendship if it's not dealt with carefully. Moreover, the shop will be registered online by the name of my friend's company, so I cannot rule out the possibility that she could dump me after the shop is launched. Another friend of mine suggested I charge fees for launching this shop, which I think is very good idea. It's just one of the millions of things going through my mind right now.
