"Time cafe": Everything is free except time
Everybody knows "time is gold". This quote is employed in houses and companies, but now it is put into practice. A first time new cafe opened in Barcelona some weeks ago. It is a coffee shop in which people pay for the time they spend inside. Everything is free except the time. You can drink as many coffees as you like. Tea, non alcoholic beverages and bakery are offered in a self-service way as well as wiffi, board games, books and laptops. The coffee cafe's name is Tactic Time Cafe and it is situated near Sagrada Familia. Each minute has a price of costs 6 cents and therefore half an hour has a price of costs 1.80 € and three hours 3,60€. After three hours there is a flat rate and you would not have not to pay anything else.
The idea has been imported from Russia where there are not cafes like the cafes are not like they are here (I'm not sure if this is exactly what you were trying to say). Daria Pantyukhina, who is one of the owners, explained that it is not exactly a coffee shop,"it is a space where people can spend their time"
Good job Lidia! My corrections are in red and my suggestions to sound more natural are in blue/grey.

Well done Lidia! What a novel concept however it does increase the price for those of us that like to go to cafes mainly to use the free wifi!
