Speaking skill
I started to practice English lately.
Because of making a lot of foreign friends and I have to get the skills for my next job.
I think my writing skill is getting better than before maybe.
But my speaking skill is not good at all. Even though I call foreign friends on Skype sometimes.
I think That's why I have no experience to talk them and I don't know how I speak in English .
Anyway I should be used to speak English .
And I 'm not afraid speaking, don't be shy.
I 'll try to get a chance to talk anyone in another country.

Speaking skill
I started to practice English lately/recently.("lately" feels like what you've been doing recently but continuously. But here, you just "started" so "lately" is too habitual and you want "recently" instead, which can mean for instance "just the other day")Because ofI've been making a lot of foreign friends and I have to get the skills for my next job. (If you start a sentence with "Because", then you have to have the resulting clause at the end. "Because I didn't eat, I was hungry." Here, you could instead say "This is because..." i.e., "this" referring to starting to practice English)
I think my writing skill is getting better than before maybe.("than before" doesn't go with "getting better". And its redundant. You could say "is better than before" or "is getting better". But "getting" is like "becoming" 成る, or something so its not sensible to compare it with "than before")
But my speaking skill is not good at all. Even though I call foreign friends on Skype sometimes.
I think that's whybecause I have no experience to talking to them and I don't know how I am speaking in English .(This sentence is a little confusing. The previous sentence, you said you called foreign friends. So you must have at least some experience, not "no experience". And the last part of the sentence "I don't know how I am speaking in English" suggests that you are unaware of your speaking, whether its good or bad, etc.)
Anyway I should be used to speaking English .
And I 'm not afraid of speaking, don't be shy. ("don't be shy" is telling the reader not to be shy. Do you mean "I'm not shy"?)
I 'll try to get a chance to talk to someoneanyone in another country.
