okay then let me help you understand his quotes one by one and studying Shakespeare at universities takes out the whole fun of his works. his work is worth enjoying but when you do honors in his work it becomes so boring.
It is neither good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
here he is saying that their is nothing in this world that can be said to be good or bad but it only depends upon your thinking that classifies those things to be either good or bad.

It is so hard for me to feel its beauty.Maybe when i go to university, I will study Shakespeare .Then we can talk about Shakespeare's poem and share the feeling..... : )
