転生→reincarnation　　　　　OK.
したら→？　　when I did, when I was
スライム→slime      OK.
だった→past       (I) was
件→？      the case

I know this title in English: "That time I got reincarnated as a Slime", but I couldn't understand in japanese.
It would be great to have an explanation!

転生したら →When I got reincarnated スライムだった →I were a slime 〜けん →The thing is〜 So directly translating, it'll be like "The thing is, I were a slime when I got reincarnated." Does it make sense to you now?🧑🏻‍🏫
