Does Italki update for time change happening Sunday ? I booked a bunch of lessons next week but I realize the time is changing on sunday… So if I booked something at 8:00 AM, is that going to still be at 8;00 AM??

Yes, when iTalki shows you your lesson times, they are adjusted for your local time. This includes not only your time zone, but also seasonal adjustments.
