I just finished my part-time job today. I taught a new staff how to do the work. It was really difficult for me because I had to explain everything for clearly and carefully. However, I realized that I need to find better ways to teach others. Also, I learned that working is not easy and need a lot of efforts. That experience was challenging, but it helped me grow.
