I woke up early today, but after I ate breakfast, I slept again. I think I used my time badly. After I go to school, I will go to my part-time job. Tomorrow I will play with my friends, and at night I will meet other friends. So today I can do my best and work hard at everything.

I woke up early today, but after I had had my breakfast, I went back to sleep. I think I used my time badly. After school, I will go to my part-time job. Tomorrow I will play with my friends, and at night I will meet other friends. So today I can do my best and work hard at everything.
Sleep is never wasted :) Well done! 'To go back to sleep' is the most natural way to put this, although 'to sleep again' does make sense.
