I have been living a lazy lifestyle recently,so I was started disciplined lifestyle from this week. For example I stopped using my phone at the train and before sleeping . Instead I am reading book about TOEIC. Second I prohibited myself using AI functions to do homework and write feedback. I feel my writing skills are getting worse these days.

Instead, I am reading a book about TOEIC. Secondly, I have prohibited myself from using AI tools to do my homework or write feedback. I feel that my writing skills have been getting worse recently.
