The word ‘literal’ means ‘exact’ so when someone says literally it means exactly.
So for example:
If I say : ‘I will literally kill you if you don’t listen to me’
This sentence means ‘I will kill you’.I’m not joking. My words are ‘accurate’ and I’m not joking or exaggerating.

Unfortunately "literally" has become a trendy word that people just put in everywhere for no reason- - at least in the U.S. Hopefully this has started to subside.
A more legitimate use of "literally" would be to distinguish between an expression and a literal event.

'though' at the end of the sentence is an adverb, it is used when you are saying something that is different from or contrasts with a previous statement
Example: I shouldn't consume dairy but I love it though.
Hope this helps. 😊
