It's the same... I have a English book andI will write you what the book said:
With the following verbs: "like" "hate" "love" "can't stand" "can't bear", you can use -ing or the infinitive.
Examples
I like getting up early or I like to get up early
She can't stand being alone or Shen can't stand to be alone
