The most used at all is زوجة zawja (wife)
and الزوجة = the wife ( Al ال the + zawja زوجة wife )
example : hatihi zawjati ( this is my wife )
but حرم ، قرينة ، عقيلة are not often used
حرم = use it specially to describe something official like documents
example : حرم عبد الله ( spouse of Abdullah )
قرينة (qarina) = it means a duplicate , so a duplicate for the man is his wife
عقيلة (aakila) = use it in official statements like : الرئيس و عقيلته (the president and his wife)
but almost , zawja is the most used
in dialectal some countries use the word امرأتي (mraati) that means literally (my woman ) but means dialectically ( my wife )
hope it helps :D
