who works hard will  find a good resut and who plants  will harvest
i think it's clear where to use it, work hard to find a good result.

2)  من طلب   العلا  [-العلى-]سهر اللّيالي = mn 6alaba al 3ola sahera alleali
write it العلا not
who wants to achieve  honor , success , high social class , should work hard for it even don't sleep all nights .

best speech is to talk few words that give you the meaning you seek  . speak what  just needed no more .
