1. 食べられないこともない and 食べられないことはない
It's a difference of possibility.
食べられないこともない means,
"I don't like it, but I can eat (but a bit hard). "
食べられないことはない means,
"I don't hate it, I can eat easily."
2. てならない and てはならない
These are completely different meanings.
~てならない = can't help ~ing
~てはならない = should not, must not
ex.
思えてならない = can't help feeling that
食べてはならない = you must not eat that
