If you're reading out numerals, you can use either "five-zero-five" or "five-oh-five". "Five-oh-five" is more common, but if you also use the alphabet, eg. for an email address, then use "zero". If you mean an actual sum or number, then use "five hundred and five".

Five, zero ,five is the formal way of saying it. Five ,oh,five is more casual and informal. five hundred and five could be used formally and informally,but is less used than the other 2 in speech.
