それでは 緒に就く【ちょにつく】 は正しい使い方、緒につく【しょにつく】は以前の使用法。
としての 一所懸命【いっしょけんめい】と 一生懸命【いっしょうけんめい】？

読み方が違うだけで意味は同じです。
