be good是听话的意思，那you be good是不是就是你要乖乖的,你要听话的意思? 是不是应该还有别的理解

You are correct. This is same as: You be nice now. You be quiet.

You be good = 你好。。。。。。。。。。。。。。 才怪呢。;-)
答案如上。大概是父母要走的时候、把孩子留在爷爷奶奶家时会说的话。
