"Have you ever been to Paris?" and "Did you ever go to Paris?"
They're the same? or What's the difference between them?

'have you ever been to Paris" is more of a general question, where as "did you ever go to Paris" is a more direct question.
Like, "have you ever had a car?" Compared to "did you ever get a car?" Its a more direct question usually meaning you have some past information about the subject of the question, i.e. you previously talked about getting a car and your wanting the outcome of the situation. Where as, asking have you... is more indefinite, as you have no previous knowledge of the subject with that person.
