Assalamualaikum (It's way to greet a Muslim). Sorry for bothering you, are you busy? How are you? I hope you're fine. Greeting from kbi (I'm not sure what does he/she mean by kbi. Maybe he/she wants to say: greeting from me). Reply me.
Assalamualaikum, sorry for bothering you. How are you Neng Icih? (We usually call a girl by Neng, especially if the girl is from West Java and I think Icih is the girl's name). Greeting from Obi's husband (actually, in the original text is written K'Obi which in standard Indonesian should be written as Kakak Obi. Kakak means someone who is older than you).
This is the standard Indonesian:
1. Assalamualaikum. Maafkan, (saya) telah mengganggu. Teteh (it's Sundanese, it means Kakak or older sister) sedang sibuk? Apa kabar? Semoga sehat. Salam dari kbi. Balas (pesan ini).
2. Assalamualaikum. Maafkan saya telah mengganggu. Apa kabar, Neng Icih? Semoga sehat. Salam rindu dari suaminya Kakak Obi.
ps. My suggestion, ask whoever who wrote this sentences to write it in a 'normal' or formal way. It's rather hard to understand his/her writing, to be honest.
