how to say "i don't have a spanish name" in spanish?

"No tengo un nombre hispano" would be correct. But right from the beggining the sentence doesn't make sense, it should be "I don't have an hispanic name" or as "Leandroadolfo" said, it could be "My name has no hispanic equivalent".
When you say "spanish" you are invariably talking about Spain (the country), and in order to avoid confusion we use "hispanic" when refering to the language, not the country. That's why say "hispanic countries" and not "spanish countries".
