What logicality between the lines? "it's just like my grandma with her parrot. And after she lost her marbles with her remote control."
What does the "and" mean here?

to lose one's marbles = to go mad with something, to lose one's temper
Her grandmother cannot figure out how to use the remote control, so it makes her mad.
