"Let's get chilly." What does it mean? It means "Let's drink something cold"?

It means to calm down, not get so excited. "Chill" is as a verb is a slang term which means the same thing. "Get chilly" used this slang term as the base. "I'm so mad I could hit that guy!" "Hey, let's get chilly here. No need to do something rash."
