口语中都用钟头的，但普通话中是用小时，钟头用得比较少

“钟头”这个词正式的普通话一般不用，主要是用于日常用语，类似于slang之类的。在我们家乡，这个词除了表示“hour”的数量，有时还有“时间”的意思，如：“啥钟头了？”就是问几点了。
