I've never heard of walk-through showers, the phrase brings to mind a public shower that people walk through all the time. But as Google tells me, a walk-through shower is simply a shower where you stand directly on the floor, which I think is fairly common in china. But maybe I'm wrong?

The shower here refers to a shower of confetti, I think. You can shower people with anything that will fall in lots of little pieces.
