What does the following sentence mean?
EX: The new Facebook pages are purdy.
I have no idea the meaning of purdy.
Does it negative meaning or positive meaning?

It's a slangy way of saying "pretty". It makes you sound like a cowboy.
"That's a mighty fine purdy dress yer wearin' today, Miss Annabel."
