The verb "to be" can be conjugated like this:
I am ___
You are ___
all of you are ___
he, she, it is ___
they are ___
we are ___
I, you, we, they, have been (he, she, it has been)

The correct form is "You are beautiful"
The verb "to be" in present has 3 forms: AM, IS and ARE
With the person "I" you use "am": I am Cinthia
With the persons "He/She/It" you use "is": He is my friend
With the persons "We/You/They" you use "are": You are beautiful

no. 'You is beautiful' is not correct. We say, 'You are beautiful.' But you can say, 'that person is beautiful.' Or the painting is beautiful.
