لبدة is a city in Libiya. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leptis_Magna
And لبدة also has another meanings :
the mane
The sky clouded over.
And when the slave of Allâh (Muhammad, Peace be upon him) stood up invoking Him (his Lord - Allâh) in prayer they (the jinn) just made round him a dense crowd as if sticking one over the other (in order to listen to the Prophet’s recitation).
He (the man) says (boastfully): "I have wasted wealth in abundance!"

I got this word in an arabic fairy tale. According to this fairy tale it's a place in Libiya, like a cave. Maybe there's another meaning of this word?
