bore -- bored (simple past) -- bored (past participle) -- boring (present participle)
He BORED me. Me aburre. (simple past)
He HAS BORED many people. Él ha aburrido a muchas personas.(present perfect; have/has + PAST PARTICIPLE)
He IS BORING me. Él me está aburriendo. (present continuous; form of be + PRESENT PARTICIPLE)
I am BORED. I am a BORED person. Estoy aburrido. (PAST PARTICIPLE used as an adjective)
He is BORING. He is a BORING person. Él es aburrido. (PRESENT PARTICIPLE used as an adjective)

Los verbos terminando en -ed
1. son pretéritos.(played, worked, used)
O
2. se convierten en adjetivos (verbo confuse a adjetivo confused, verbo disappoint a disappointed, etc)
Es lo primero que se me ocurrió, entonces pueden haber excepciones, si no es que se me haya olvidado más importante.
