说的对，其实这是个形象比喻，说别人脑子里面的筋连接不对，意思就是说别人脑子不正常。

同样的意思有: 你今天发什么神经。 你今天吃错什么药了。 ^_^
意思是说：某人做事或者说话很反常，跟平时的做事风格或者说话、行为方式表现不一样，甚至跟平时表现相反。
