I understand that when I say the phrase 「写真を撮ってもいいですか?」to a Japanese, he/she will interpret as 'Can you take a photo for me?' rather than my intended meaning of 'Can I take a photo of you?'. Why is that so?
In that case, how do I say the following?
1) Can I take a photo of you?
2) Can you please take a photo of me?
3) Can we take a photo together?
4) Can I take a photo here?

'写真を撮ってもいいですか?' sounds No. 4, 'Can I take a photo here?'.
1) Can I take a photo of you?
(Anata no shashin wo totte mo ii desuka?)
2) Can you please take a photo of me?
3) Can we take a photo together?
(Issho ni shashin wo totte morae masuka?)
4) Can I take a photo here?
(Koko de shashin wo totte mo ii desuka?)
