Best would be ''I can't play either the piano or the guitar." Alternatively, "I can play neither the piano nor the guitar." It is generally not considered good written English to leave "either" or "neither" at the end of a sentence. The exception when speaking English would be something like: A: I don't like jazz. yea, you can't put "neither/either" at the end. It doesn't sound right. But it is correct to say "i can't play either the piano or the guitar." and "i can't play neither the piano and guitar." just watch out for the change in the conjunctions 'and/or' when you use 'neither/either'. hope this helps!
