When you speak about a place (Where) you must use "où" with an accent on the "u". If you use "ou" that means "Or" in inglish. Be careful ! And sorry if my inglish is not perfect.

Also, be careful because it's a "faux ami". Librairie = Bookstore Library = Bibliothèque
