How do you say in Romaji: Please sit. Please stand. Please be quiet.
My university students are on break and I am teaching Elementary Japanese students and would like to know how to say: (please write in Romaji) Please sit. Please stand. Please lower your voice (or be quiet).

Suwatte kudasai. (please sit.) Tatte kudasai. (please stand.) Shizukani shite kudasai. (please quite down.)

No, just 着席 and 起立[chakuseki and kiritsu]. Plus "shizukani/seishukuni?"(hmm maybe too literary)

Shouldn't it be 起立、礼、着席[kiritsu, rei, chakuseki] (as in normal school classrooms)?
