Quién pueda explicarme estas frases?
1.-¡Quién pudiera ir con ellos a esquiar!
- pues si no vas es porque no quieres.
No entiendo por qué la correcta es "pudiera"
2. - ¿Qué te ha pedido?
- Nada importante, que le subiera unos informes a su oficina.
Aquí, nada importante que subjuntivo imperfecto?
Ayudame y gracias ;)

1.- in this case, the phrase "quien pudiera" refers to the incredible action that for several reasons I can not make
2.- about the question ¿qué te ha pedido? nada importante, que le subiera unos informes a su oficina; what he has requested to you? nothing important; just go up a few reports to his office

I will try to explain in english
pudiera roughly means could
could in english has 2 uses afaik...
1. polite could for example "could you open the door?"
2. "the wondering could" for example "i wish i could..."
1.-¡Quién pudiera ir con ellos a esquiar! = who could go with them to ski!
here is used the could #2... like wondering... because it is a question without ? mark.
this is kind of poetic phrase...
There is a famous phrase in spanish... "el hubiera no existe". and many verbs that ends in "iera" like "pudiera" are in that hubiera-section... i dont know the correct name but it's something like fake future tense?
2. - ¿Qué te ha pedido?
- Nada importante, que le subiera unos informes a su oficina.
Aquí, nada importante que subjuntivo imperfecto?
- no entendí la pregunta
