How would you differentiate between "He is bored" and "He is boring" in Korean?
I know that one way to say someone is bored is 심심해, but if someone is boring, then what should I say? Would 재미없어 work, or is there another way to say it?

나 심심해 I am bored.
너 심심해? Are you bored?
그는 심심해/그는 심심한 사람이야(그는 사람이 참 심심해), 같이 놀면(/있으면) 재미없어. He is boring, I feel bored when I am with him.
그는 재미없어 can work perfectly too :D
cf. 그는 심심해하는 것 같아 (I think) he is bored.
