for Friend = DAIGAKUSEI DE IRU NOWA MUZUKASHI YO ( DESU)
for Olders = DAIGAUKUSAI TOSHITE ZAISEKI SHITSUZUKERU NOWA MUZUKASHII DESU
Usually In the English speaking world not much change words between friend and elder person
But In Japan better make choice of word(s) change in your position.
