What the hell, Goddammit, and Goddamn are all negative curse words. They are usually used when you are trying express frustration. In the case of saying this to coworkers or in any formal situation, it will be considered rude. They will view you as an unrespectful and unprofessional person. So you could use "Shoot" " for example. OR you could calmy keep your anger/frustration to yourself and ask your coworkers or somebody else to help you. If you choose to say these words around your family, it all depends on the level of culture and respect your family is dedicated to.**** If you wouldn't say in in Spanish, then you shouldn't say it in English.
The word "Badass" is usually used in a postive curse word form. It means somebody who is 'cool' 'fun' or has extremely favorable qualities. You could replace this word by describing what is cool or fun about this person.
~All of these words are English-American slang language.

They are curse words, but there are much worse words than those.
