they are the same... but we say 没 more in our spoken language ,and use 未 more when we write something.

意思是一樣的，用法也一樣。只是沒口語比較常說，而未一般用於書面表達。

没有区别。当表示否定的意思时，“没”和“未”没有区别。所以，“我从没吃过”和“我从未吃过”意思是一样的
