A对，在汉语中这些用数字表示代号的一般是这样读的，
小于100的，如15路汽车，读作十五路汽车，37号楼读作三十七号楼，
大于100的，如154路汽车读作yāo，五，四路汽车，第5789栋（楼）读作第五七八九栋。

小于100，按正常读法，只有一种读法，12路公共汽车，读作“shi2 er4 lu4 ......”
大于100，有两种读法，301路公共汽车，读作“san1 bai3 ling2 yi1 lu4” or "san1 ling2 yi1 lu4"
